Wish we could give Gary and his techs more than a 5 star rating , how about 10 ! The hottest day of the year and our 3 ton unit finally bit the dust. When you have bulldogs in the house this is critical . Advanced Air made us a priority and installed the new unit we requested within hours !! Gary came out with his techs and insured throughout the install that all aspects of the job were completed to our satisfaction. We were so impressed by their professionalism we had an additional 2 ton unit replaced for our upstairs within a month. Replacing our units was not an easy task , roots had to be removed and new pads leveled . Thank you for all your attention to detail and follow up after each install. Its a great feeling to know there are still companies that truly care . PRICELESS !!
