Gas Furnace Lemon Guarantee
If the heat exchanger should fail on your new furnace within the first 5 years of installation, we will replace the entire furnace at no charge.
Air Conditioner Lemon Guarantee
If the compressor should fail in your heat pump or air conditioner within 5 years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit at no charge.
Warranty Calls
We gladly run any warranty Monday thru Friday from the hours of 8am to 5pm at no charge, unfortunately sometimes systems fail on weekends or at night in which case we do charge $190 to run the after hours call.
